Hi, do you happen to have any additional evidence? More specifically about the prop abuse and RDM?

Since from that 1:17 - 1:24 period, it doesn't show any kills from him, and the logs don't show how he used props, which is why a recording of the situation would be perfect. Though additional screenshots of the prop abuse would be sufficient. 

Though it does show that he rushed to the casino with a rifle as seen in the screenshot and had the invalid "gta" job title. Also it shows that he threw the molotov. So if no additional evidence is found, he will be only punished for those reasons.
