So you law is not exactly what you have stated. You have said 'you're allowed to own a weapon inside your house, but you cannot equip unless you're in danger'. So the way I see it is, if someone has broken in to my house I am allowed to get my weapon out that I have not equiped yet to use as a self defence action in danger.
But here's were your law doesn't make sense nor does what you are trying to justify.
The corleones have broken law 41, perm law 9 and now they have broken law 20;
As you can see, they have a wall that is higher than the player. They have a high wall in the background and a there is a corleone on the wall with a weapon on his back. Like you law states it should not be equiped. We posed no danger in that moment. (Well it was already equiped before we got there)

What they are doing is not something to do with me.
I'll say it for the million times now, when the Corleones told me something about high walls I told them that if they don't want police to search them, they will have to NOT have high walls and if they will they'll be searched and I won't change it. literally that's what I've told them.
btw, when I came to their place (I think it was after the raid) they had no walls what soever.
but yet again, I have no control on this, and if they seem with high walls they would be searched like in the law.
Also they were never "not searched", for my knowledge they were searched few times before the raid but I am not sure
And yeah. I added that law but also removed couple other laws which is something that doesn't show up in chat sadly, which I think should be added like "President has removed law etc etc."
but yeah... with that law it pretty much meant that you are allowed to have a weapon but you cannot equip (in equip I meant have it out in your hands) unless ur in danger. so like pretty much if you have an ak or something than you can have it on your back and you can 'withdraw' it only if ur in danger, if it makes any sense.
