User was found guilty of RDM by shooting an unarmed suspect that got out of a vehicle.

In the first video, fearRP was not broken as the weapon was lowered, but in the second video when the officer told you to follow him while having a weapon pointed, you should not attempt to spawn a vehicle. But he tased you anyways, a reminder is enough in this case.
