You can see that the guy ran into the middle of the road, i could have tried to stop yes, but even if i tried there was not gonna be enough time, i also though that the guy saw us and he was gonna stop running into the middle of the road and would move back. I was gonna call the paramedic when i ran him over but the cop started shooting me.

It was quite obvious from the footage that you were not slowing down, not even the slightest. You kept ramming full speed through him and did not slow down after you CDM'd him, even though there was plenty of time to at least start braking before the police opened fire on you. If it was not your intention to drive him down, you would have at least attempted to brake or dodge him.

It was obvious that you two were planning on minging around in your trucks, which increases the chance that this was intentional quite a bit.
