The PR itself does not provide any new evidence on itself, but log checks and additional evidence was enough, the user was found to be mass CDMing and there was a lot more rule breaking than I was originally aware of.
Also taking into account that the user has only 44 hours and multiple previous punishments for the same type of punishments, a ban will be more fitting in this case, as his intentions were simply to cause as much havoc as possible.
