Summary: Alright to be seen in the video The Eliminator and another guy had bit trouble when The Eliminator shot at the guy and the Police Officer then killed him and arrested the guy who Eliminator was shooting at. Then a minute after the incident The ELiminator came back near the place he has been killed (Next to the bank and parking spot) and told me he could stand there because he literally died a couple metres away but as far as I know NLR counts for the whole area e.g Nexus

I got both in two separate recording but however, you can see that I recorded both close to each other.
