I don't think you exactly understand how FearRP works, so I am going to move to my other point "Violence is always last option" now there is a key word in that "always" no matter what violence should always be last option, you are also forgetting that it is a new police force team and no matter how many issues you have with the police, it's always a new situation.

Me knowing it is a new police team would have been metagaming. Police are police to a criminal, and if I have had multiple raids and bad encounters from them throughout the day, you can understand how the frustration in my character has grown and so I cannot be nice again and have the same result.
I understand FearRP (As per the definition) I am to be afraid of a situation that puts my accomplices' life at risk.
"3.5 You must follow FearRP by acting afraid of threatening situations that affect your own or accomplices' lives."
Bare in mind I am a criminal in a 'Family' 8 strong against a police force of about 4/5 at the time of you being at my base. My life was out of the question as I had 6 others behind me to help me shoot and kill you lot (8th was with you), and we made the decision that if we were to kill you, or not to kill you, his life would not be at risk as you are not going to hostage him, you're the government.
