Only real problem I see with Pines is that there is no sort of area for Rebels to do their underground RP nor is there an area for Drug Dealers/BMDs and where can most of thr Aggresive RP take place?

There are places for BMD's and perhaps Rebels (industrial, alleyways, dark corners) but I do see a problem for Corleones since there isn't really a villas area.

The villas area is quite modern on Pines and doesn't really suit the roleplay a lot of Mafias will be conducting (Old style, godfather type RP's) Dupes would most likely have to be made consisting of a large number of props to get this atmosphere.

I do really get your point but not everyone wants to do old style Corleone RP. I've seen a lot more "modern" style corleone RP's going on recently too which these new houses would suit perfectly. I do understand that it is a change from what we currently have though, I don't think there's really a way of knowing if it will work out or not. I think the change may make fearless better but again that's just an opinion.

My main point here is that for every RP that won't suit pines, there will be many others that do. It will just take a bit of time to change. This also applies for V2D with it's more old style. I think whatever map we go to, FL will adapt it's "RP style" to match it just fine.
