Mic Spamming Rule?

Ok.. So can i clarify this..

You ARE allowed to spam your mic IF your in your Car?...

Otherwise its FailRP right?..

You can play music through your mic while you are in a car yes.
BUT if you are in town or next to a large crowd of people you should consider turning it off as not everybody wants to get spammed by your music.

I think it's just fair opposite other player to turn your mic off when you are close to many other people...
