After watching the video, it is seen that the officers did commit FailRP. However, it is not severe therefore they will all receive warnings for it.
As for the officer who killed you, he will be blacklisted from police officer for 10 hours for FailRPing by assaulting you with his hands and then a weapon for no reason.
