Summary: User was found propsurfing and propclimbing up the Industrial Canel bridge to gain a point to the top. When stated by myself in voice chat: "You're not allowed to Propsurf or Propclimb" the user went on to explain "there isnt any admins online". As to better justify his/her rulebreaking.

The user is seen to have many accounts of blacklisting and bans related to propclimbing and propsurfing too.
Another user which was propclimbing/surfing nearby was "[ARP] Olle Janssen" who I will be making a separate report for.
