Hello,
You have been going in circles lately not leading to any conclusion. So regarding the facts that the PR is about, you, Desastro are being accused of metagaming. So let me put some points out here for you that we have proper proof for.
Regarding your point about Fail RP - 5 & 6,
You have no clear evidence with pictures and/or videos regarding Desastros way to the slums area alone as you are stating and the kind of "Fail RP" he broke. You have 24 hours to update me on it.

The VP had no IC way he could know the location of his friend, because the only way would be if Maeg sent him an IC personal message, which would anyway be fail RP during an arrest with his hands cuffed."
Quote:2 "The VP told he had received "complaints" about us being corrupt. Desastro admits he was mixing IC with OOC, because these descriptions are solely OOC knowledge." Being corrupt is an in-character situation and has no associaton with the OOC, unless metagaming has occured.
Quote:3 In the video - Desastro is clearly communicating with Maeg, in a metagaming way. When it is supposed to be an in-character situation. Desastro is stating that he is in-character, while seconds away, he was asking Maeg out-of-character through the voice chat outside the game. Maeg has no association with Desastro for the moment being as a vice, therefore no communication should be possible.
