Okay, so as I said in the other report, you were both in breach of rule 2.4 and are receiving a verbal warning. It's clear to me that there is some kind of personal issue between the two of you, so a lot of this discussion is petty and unnecessary. I am not going to accept any accusations of tampering with evidence or lying in the courthouse due to this being such a petty pair of reports. It's better off for both of you this way.
