I will begin by saying under drastic circumstances you can perform more drastic decisions since he was in a police chase and risking his life or being arrested, jumping off the cliff was a measure to try and escape.
I will however fully account for the FearRP broke at the Gas Station at the start of the video. The reported user will receive a 2 day ban for FearRP.
