Summary: Went up to the apartments and a cop seen me (I didn't enter any of the apartments) Then he shot me once I ran round the corner to get down stairs then he goes and finishes me off. However I only lost a code cracker no guns.
I think it was him wanting a kill before he came off - as directly after that he went offline.
