The player has been found guilty of demoting somebody for breaking the rules, backseat administration.

As the player has only 19 hours on the server, they will receive a warning for the offence, I will speak to them in-game to ensure they understand their wrongdoing.
On another topic, the 'Name' box should include the player's Steam Name rather than their in-character name.
