BigSmoke: DENIED

User was not found guilty of breaking fearRP, as he took out the weapon to defend himself, while he was out of range to be hit with a melee weapon.

IppeZ: APPROVED

He did stop when he was told about it, but with 100 hours, 
he should know not to mug in public (right next to Nexus) as black market dealer.
But because he did stop when told by a user, the punishment will be reduced.
