The accused player,for the last couple of days, has shown that he does not understand the Metagaming,Powergaming and OOC chat rules; using OOC chat to make IC announcements and adverts, and much more; even though we warned him and he apologised every single time.

I asked for food because there were no chiefs,i was president my self,and nobody wanted to,so i could die. I typed like come to my gun shop in ooc because i typed so much adverts that i had 12 dollars left and nobody was comming.And about NLR i wasnt comming even inside the nexus i was staying outside the police barricade
