In terms of removing this tracker as a thief, would it be beneficial to assign this task to the ECM Jammer in order to give it more uses? This means that the tracker adds another layer of security, as thieves have to have something more than just a lockpick.

Yeah that sounds good. But it's got to be harder than just hitting it. Maybe a 30% chance of breaking your jammer. Also should give a notification.
