It's logic that it isn't allowed propclimbing, simple. We also did say to you that it wasn't allowed. I was betting at the time in the Wheel of Fortune so I didn't notice you before you was walking above me.

Okay, a couple of things make me doubt your story.

How did you warn me before it happened if you didn't notice me? This doesn't make any sense, judging by your next statement, which I'll come to. As soon as you said "I'm posting a ban request" (which by the way was the first and only thing you said) I jumped down.

How could you have been betting? The owned told me BEFORE I started climbing that he is shutting it down due to people placing breaches and other stuff, so I couldn't place a bet. How could you be placing a bet after that? Bad excuse to not warn people and trying to get me banned when it could have been hindered.
