So. Where do i start?

Here's a list of prop/tool rules.

1. Do not propkill yourself or others.
2. Do not proppush at all.
3. Do not propblock any of your items such as contraband.
4. Do not propblock the spawnpoints or people.
5. Do not propsurf yourself or others.
6. Do not build on streets, paths or anywhere in public which can interfere with anyone.
7. Do not block the elevator with props or yourself.
8. It's only allowed to build inside, exceptions to this rule are fences to mark boundaries.
9. It's not allowed to make traps or barricades into your base. Also fences with floors and towers are not allowed.
10. Non-Government cannot spawn props in the nexus unless they are employed by the government.
11. Even if you work with the government, ask the current president before spawning props in Nexus.
12. Do not use tools (hydraulic, winch, etc.) to go to a place.
13. When using rope always put the rope onto a prop so it can be removed.
14. Don't try to get on rooftops and don't build on them either.
15. Do not abuse your physgun, toolgun, props or any of the tools or you will lose the right to have them.
16. All your stairs or platforms which reach other parts must be supported at all times. This means no floating constructions.
17. Don't use vehicle seats to get from the top of the nexus to the bottom, use the elevator.

First off, I can't find one rule in this list (prop rule list, which also mentions outdoors prop surfing) that states "You can not climb frozen props indoors", especially not props that someone else placed.

Secondly, i was struggling to climb the props for about 5-10 minutes, while you didn't tell me anything about it not being allowed.
Why didn't you warn me? As I recall you and a couple of other people just stood in the room ignoring me until the moment i got up there, when you said "Posting a ban request" in rp-chat, instead of ".//Hey, that's against the rules, get down from there!"
Again, why didn't you warn me?

As for SaintCalx, I have never prop surfed, and I want you to stop making false accusations until you can get proof of this (should not be too hard, it is EASY to recognize prop surfing when you see it.)

And the shooting part. I think you've got some things messed up, because what happened was that me and my friend owned a house near the lake, and you kept walking on our property for no reason. We told you 5-6 times, over and over, that we wanted you to leave us alone, but you didn't listen. We told you that according to U.S law we could shoot you if you kept trespassing, and you said "This isn't america". We proceeded to prove you wrong quite easily as our mailbox stated "U.S MAIL" and your police badge says "New York Police Department".
Since we were roleplaying I see no problem.

Due to the fact that you wouldn't leave us alone, my friend counted down from 3 to give you time to leave, and then HE was the one who shot you.
I like that you're admitting breaking NLR, and by the way, I don't want to get anyone banned, I'm here to play and have fun and it's a freaking pain in the ass that people keep shouting "random this" and "random that", "ban request" all over the place, just for the slightest thing.

Instead of trying to get as many people banned as possible, please try to inform people and make the community better instead.

Sorry for the long text, I just don't like these people and I want you to hear the story from both sides. Since I don't believe in the "I didn't know about the rule", I accept my ban but would of course be happy to have it lifted.
