Summary: Basicly, I handcuffed his hands when I tazed him, after that suddenly his handcuffs removed. I thought he abused his power and removed handcuffs but I know contributors don't have that power. We talked with Loco for a while and we didn't understand the situation. We called an admin but we couldn't take any support, so I'm opening this case here. I want to learn how this thing happend.
