"Neutral" isn't an opinion on my idea that helps me at all.

However "Neutral" + Explanation actually gives you some feedback.


Simply an explanation gives you some feedback. No need to associate the meaningles word 'neutral' with your explanation if you haven't decided (yet) your stand on a suggestion.
