I dont eat fancy food, you get pretty tired of eating when you are making food all day long
However, here are few things that I have made, Not the best but hey! We gotta start somewhere.
First dish is a vegetarian, Its beetroot, carrot, cauliflower and Spinach

Second dish is Mango Pafe, on a shortcrust dough, with Nut biscuit, Crystalized white chocolate, and chocolate "branch"

Third dish is Foie gras, with Apricot, Crumble, Balsamic and Salat

4th is a Wedding cake, we made for a television wedding!

And ofc, the 5th is a picture of some wonderfull meat, <3

And, I will never be better than spear. Burning rice is one hell of a skill!
