Hello, looking at the evidence provided, at around 1:17 - 1:25, i can see that he just shoots at the Government, and then in the matter of a second, turns 45 degrees towards you, and shoot- and hits you perfectly, i belive this looks very much like hacking, i will send this PR to an administrator, as of which he can review it.
