I can officialy say yes I put those laws in, I confess that. But I was at gunpoint by rebels and they made me do that or they would kill me. I know that racism isen't okay at all. But as it was an situation where I was gunpointed and didn't want to get killed I changed the laws as they told me too.
I'm sorry if anyone somehow feel offended.But as there are no rule saying you can't be racist IC I don't see any rule broken.
