Summary: Pickmeaxe was arrested and released from cell (not unarrested) during a jail break. We caught him and at gunpoint ordered him back to his cell. He stalled and continued arguing. He then said "F- you" and run to which I tased him. When he was broke back into the cell room, he ran and hid, then continued to stall the RP by dancing in/out of the cell.
