You may apply to Estleback with less than 200 hours - But I expect you gravely compensate it - compensating on things of your own choosing of course. Some of our best members throughout our years hasn't always met the recruitment, so I'm not judgmental - but it's a guideline that we follow, but always can look past if there's other parts that compensate this disadvantage.
