You know you cant get pre paid visa debit cards etc that dont have an actual bank account linked to it. I had one when I was about 14. Basically you top it up at like a convenience store you can pay bills at, so in the UK thats like "Pay points" "Pay Zone" etc then you can use the card but yes I also used it for porn back in the day that was the only way to get content lock off your mobile on TMobile lol.
