In my opinion a barricaded place or "Base" is enough suspicion for the President to issue a warrant, specially if no permit was granted or asked for. I grant any warrant on suspicious buildings that I have no news from. Because as you said, it means you have something to hide.

Anyways, IMO you shouldn't be basing as a gun dealer anyway.
