Inactive staff team

Y'all only think about the actual demotion itself, not anything past that..

So they demote everyone inactive*?What then? There may not be anyone qualified to take the spot as a mod (or higher) at this moment of time..

Give this a moment, it will probably all play out OK.

I can point out loads of people who "qualify", and even though they don't fit into what the staff team considers the perfect candidate, I am sure there's loads of people who would do a better job as a moderator than a lot of the current team does

What you think and what the staff team thinks is something completley diffrent though..

There's clearly some sort of issue demoting the inactive ones, or else it would've been done. Don't ya think?

And do you think that reason is ethical or unethical, random?

I'm sure there's a good reason behind it. Like I said earlier, if there wasn't a good reason not to demote them, it would've been done.  That's all I'll say..

And why do you point out that issue like it's my problem? It's clearly the admin teams problem, and  they need to do something about it, as it's making people leave and it ruins peoples experience on the gamemode

I did not mean it like that, Greed. And I agree with you, how the staff team acts and and their activity will give new players a vision about the server.

..But it is also up to us "normal" players to help out new people and make them understand the server and the gamemode.

New player joins, first thing he sees is a propclimber, and 5 minutes later he gets RDMed. Either there's no staff members on, or he simply doesn't get a response after repeatedly sending @ calls
How am I supposed to help him then? Cause the only way I can think off is to talk about the main issue which the point of this thread is
