Summary:
He trespassed to Nexus and he run away. After that when I pointed my gun he stopped but when I switched to handcuffs he just moved so this is the point of breaking FearRP.
( 2.1d If someone switches from a gun to handcuffs/rope in order to detain you, FearRP still applies. )
At 2.49 as you can see he said "Kill me" and it's FailRP. He can't ask for it.
