They were walking on the sidewalk, atleast one of them was.
I waited it out to see if you'd keep driving until I did find you standing on the middle of the road.
I understand your point of view however I gave you more time than other staff in order to call for a paramedic.
You should have gone out of your car the moment you CDM'd them as you perfectly could've done so.
I saw you walking around with no issues whatsoever after a minute had passed and no request was ever made within that timespan.
Denied.
