Reason why you should be unblacklisted: I did CDM someone, but purely by mistake, it was at a checkpoint and the cops were walking on the road infront of me while i was driving and not on the sidewalk causing me to CDM 2 cops, afterwards my car got wrecked and i got shot to 10HP by another cop. Then i got blacklisted. This was entirely not my fault but more the cops fault for walking on the road. (this just happened)
