This happened to me with my old graphics card, you can either buy a new upgraded graphics card or make sure you have all the required drivers for it. I'm sure there's an easier way, but I fixed it with my new upgraded computer.
It might be your CPU as well, if you have 2 cores, then it will be heavy on your computer, but I have six cores so it can't be that. But still can be. And make sure you have the drivers for EVERYTHING in your computer.
