Thank you for being so patient.
The fact is, there was no background RP. You claimed that he had slept with your wife. Was this situation Roleplayed out? No. There was no prior Roleplay for the reason of killing eachother. I believe you were merely using it as an excuse to bat eachother. As you said at the start of your first video, you only did it because you weren't having any fun with the roleplay and wanted to leave the server.
Whilst I agree that this does happen in real life, I just believe that this could have been roleplayed out better by actually having some valid and solid background roleplay. (This includes having an actual wife in the roleplay.)
I've taken both sides of the argument into consideration and with that said, I believe the ban should remain.
