In this case, the ban was valid. You did in fact FailRP by killing the manager with the baseball bat. The character background was invalid and I never claimed that an employee couldn’t be aggressive…
The rule in violation here by Dreebott, is rule 9.6 which states, "9.6 You must roleplay your job accurately (i.e. do not pretend that you're a special ops soldier as a citizen or chef).”
On the grounds of Rule 9.6, Dreebott failed to have a proper character background and didn’t roleplay his job, this led him being punished. That is exactly what happened in this case and according to rule 9.6, the ban is valid.
