Hello,
There was no reason to raid the president in the first place, I checked every law when i was talking to you. I even told you earlier what you can raid for as a similar incident that had already happened (Which you already received a blacklist for). Since you already random raided the president about 20 minutes ago i gave you a suitable punishment for the rulebreakage.
