Program is Pinnacle 17 from Avid. Its lowcost cut program, but its kinda powerfull for easy cut

Lowcost? O.o 60€ :o
 I think its one of the most cheapest buyable programs Cheese  .. ofcourse, you can pirate it for 0€ .. but you know
