It seems you are missing the viewmodel.
Do you have Counter-Strike: Source installed on your computer? (Buy it, if not already done, and install it)
Have you mounted it to Garry's Mod? (Click on the Gamepad in the main menu to see your mounted games)
If nothing of that works try to subscribe to the Mad Cows Weapon Pack which can be found here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/fi...cow+weapon
