I am on a budget, but I am still getting a new PC.
Anyways, I am not good with PC specs at all. So which one should I get based on GPU and CPU

Computer 1:
GPU: GTX 1080, 8GB
CPU: i5-6600K

Computer 2:
GPU: GTX 970, 4GB
CPU: i7-6700K
