Summary[color=#333333]: i was going to park my car and when i parked it he came to me and handcuffed me and tazed me and then i got arrested but befor i get arrested he says that u was reckless driving and he didn't asked me for the fin and didn't ask me what did i do there and i got shoted so my vision wasn't too good so i was like a drunk man driving and this is rly what happend and he shoted my car without asking to get out or anything ,,,
