What is this and why
Some staff members left the Team without logging into the game with someone to remove their rank first.
They're temporarily permed so that they for some reason would not be able to log on and abuse their former powers.
If they wish to return, they do as the ban reason states, to contact us so that we can log on with them and remove the rank.

(Another thing) is there any possibility that u could show a picture of your self
I have no recent picture or anything but I guess this from New Years Eve will do
