RP_evocity_v4b1 testing

The default of it looks like v33x.

There is a reason I don't prefer v33x more than v2d.
Well people may think 'There are more players there, the map is actually bigger, and it's quality is way much better'.
I agree on that. However, v33x has a problem. The lag is very bad it's even hard to walk. v2d is quite good with lags, but v33x is terrifying. Can somebody do something with this please?

This is great then. I used to get between 10-20 FPS on 33x but on v4b1, I get 40-60. V4b1 is so much better optimised.
