It only happens because of a bug in the police radio I have no idea what is causing it but It plays the radio in certain parts of the map and trying to stop the sound does not work. When you go on v33x the sounds are of from what I can kind of make out is a head crab sound effect and something else. I have uploaded a Youtube video with what I hear. Maybe someone has a fix for this.

Its exactly this random radio police voices i listen in some parts of the map and i can't stop it... i type in console : StopSound and this doesn't stop!!
