he clearly blocked the tunnel, and its pretty damn obvious its not rammable with cars.
also there are no keypads on the inside and keypads are required on both sides or else its propblock too.
EDIT: feel free to move to player report section if this isnt right or whatever, but imo rulebreakage by staff should be in aa forum
