I Personally think that 1 Month is a bit extreme for someone who was only a citizen at the time, if it was president, then yeah he was doing it to not lose his role. but as a citizen i'm sure he did it because maybe his computer loads into the server, i don't know. I've seen people get shorter bans for mass RDM and tazing everyone in sight. it makes no sense how an offence so little can get a huge ban of 1 month.
At least have negotiate with other admins and try help this guy out, his luck hasn't been great so far with recently donating as well.
