Being inside Nexus is not trespassing. Also, evocity v33x is different from v2d and it is not trespassing to pass 'through' nexus desk. Therefore the 'doing crime as a citizen' accusation is not proven in the video.
As for breaking FearRP, it was extremely slight, he only moved to the keypad and did not try to run away or evade you much at all. If it happened in-game I would have given a warning, certainly not a punishment.
