I could have add context to my statement (and was going to). This is a circular argument and not valid imo. Using what you are saying, I was breaking the rules because I was punished for breaking the rules.
I could add context until I couldn't because I was punished for not adding context.
Had I not been punished for breaking the rules, I wouldn't have been breaking the rules.
