I suggest you read up on what exactly admin abuse is.
Disagreeing with a ban you received is what the UBR section is for, feel free to make a thread there.
Regardless you disconnected to avoid arrest, which leads to a 1 day ban.
If you had made an @ call explaining your situation in short, I'm positive a staff member (in this case Holdem) would've helped you out.
Instead you chose to disconnect to avoid arrest.
Just because you're suffering from a 'rulebreaker' does not mean you can break rules yourself to avoid them.
This is literally what @ calls and BR's have been invented for.
In short:
You broke a rule because someone else was bothering you IC, you chose to not make @ calls and rulebreak yourself. You then got punished.
In no way did Holdem abuse his powers as a moderator here.
